I’m Kathryn Porter, a branded content producer with over a decade of experience and a keen eye for identifying and communicating a brand's message and values through storytelling.

 

I began my career working with brands like Thermo Fisher Scientific and HIMSS, uncovering the human stories that drive scientific innovation. At iHeartRadio, I produced in-studio content featuring industry legends such as Lady Gaga, John Legend, Ed Sheeran, and more. As Managing Producer for HelloFresh, I partnered with D’Marie Productions to create commercial content featuring notable figures like Antoni Porowski and Mindy Kaling. During my time at Skillshare I fostered creators potential bringing learning directly to them via the YouTube channel, increasing viewership and subscribers.

 

I'm hungry to take on more documentary work and am proud to have produced the award winning feature documentary film, Copyright Infringement, with D'Marie Productions in 2023. I'm excited to tell you about the docu-series I'm post producing that's set for broadcast release spring 2025, but I can't share too much! It is very funny, and very queer - two of my favorite things!

I absolutely love living in Maplewood, New Jersey, where I make it a priority to volunteer and engage with my local community. As an active member of the Maplewood Arts Council, Im committed to supporting and promoting the arts in my area while enjoying life with my husband and two daughters.
